Mr. Russ Charlton has over 27 years of combined internal and external audit experience, focused on a wide range of clients from high-tech start-ups to large, public multi-nationals. Currently he serves as SVP & Chief Auditor for Time Inc. (TIME) where he is responsible for establishing and leading the global internal audit function as part of the company’s spin-off as a publicly traded company.

He specialises in areas of Risk Assessments and Risk-based Auditing, Internal Control Design & Effectiveness, Governance & Compliance, Internal Auditing, Enterprise Risk Management, and Recruiting and Business Continuity Planning.
