A well-respected leader in the fields of Risk Management, Assurance and Compliance, Mr. Arnout has more than 30 years of experience in international business and consultancy.

His expertise extends to building Risk Management approaches in highly transformational and digital businesses, dealing with change management, scenario planning, assurance of major technology development spends, and implementing enduring approaches to new regulatory and compliance requirements on an international basis.

He was awarded the European Risk Manager of the Year 2010 and has received various other awards for Risk Management excellence. He was rated 12^th among the top-50 Dutch Accountants in business in 2013.

Arnout’s previous roles include Chief Risk Officer at Reed Elsevier in London, a global information company and partner of KPMG in New York and Amsterdam.

He has held positions in the boards of IRM, Ferma and Airmic, and has been invited as speaker on various forums.
