Dr. Rekha Dayal
- Dr Rekha is a Ph.D, PGDPM (FMS), M.com, BA(hons.) Economics holder. Her area of specialization includes Marketing, Human Resource Management, Organisation Behaviour.
- She is an associate Professor at Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi since 1977.
- She has over four decades of teaching, including MBA instruction at various universities.
- She is also a former member of University of Delhi's Executive Council and Academic Council, active in college committees.
- She has served as Convener of the International Conference on 'Social Media Marketing – Opportunities and Challenges' in 2019 at Jesus and Mary College, led the Sponsorship Committee.
