It offers a first-of-its-kind, full-time, one-year classroom programme—the Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management (PGDRM)—delivered at its Gurugram campus. The curriculum is designed by corporate leaders with over 100 years of collective industry experience, along with academicians from leading global institutions, ensuring strong industry relevance and academic depth.
The institute is approved by the Management and Entrepreneurship & Professional Skills Council under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India. It also maintains academic collaborations with internationally recognised institutions in Italy, Brazil, and the UK, enriching the learning experience. A key achievement of the PGDRM programme is its 97% placement record, with over 250 alumni placed in top consulting firms such as EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, and Grant Thornton, as well as leading global and Indian organisations.
Beyond academic delivery, the institute plays an active role in thought leadership within the risk management domain. Recently, it released the Model Risk Code (MRC) in collaboration with FICCI, providing organisations with a practical framework for implementing effective risk practices. The initiative was guided by an 18-member Risk Task Force of board members, Big Four leaders, and global experts, chaired by former SEBI Chairman Mr M. Damodaran.
