2 Main Reasons for Joining GRMI

My name is Sravan Kumar. I am from Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. I did Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) for my graduation from PES University, Bangalore. Currently, I am pursuing GRMI’s risk management course, PGDRM. 

I wanted to mention 2 main factors for joining GRMI:
1. Number one is the eminent faculty members, who are the industry professionals and academia, and
2. Second is the strong network with the industries that GRMI has built over the years.

Coming to Risk Management careers, I would say that, there are numerous risks that need to be mitigated in companies during their day-to-day activities. As a risk manager, you will assess business operations risks and report them to higher management to enhance their operations. So I think a Risk Professional is crucial to every company and the scope is limitless considering the current market situation.

I chose this professional course after graduation because I like to be more practical and more dynamic in my career, and in my day-to-day work as well. The holistic curriculum which is a perfect mix of subjects from different aspects of Risk Management, and the practical exposure that GRMI delivers, an accurate picture of what is happening in and out of the industry. I think I am glad that I took this decision.
