Dr Rekha is a Ph.D, PGDPM (FMS), M.com, BA(hons.) Economics. Her area of specialization includes Marketing, Human Resource Management, Organisation Behaviour.

Her publications include Business Entrepreneurship and management’, Pinnacle Learning, 2013 and ‘Factory Organization’ – A Textbook for class XII (Co-authored with DS Saini, Minoo Nandrajog,and Minakshi Mitra) , NCERT publication, 1993
