Dr. Kumar is an alumnus and engineering graduate from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, engaged herself in her interest areas of academics after doing her postgraduate and doctorate in Management and gaining 5 years of Industry experience.

Embarked on an enriched journey in academics, over more than 13 years of work experience, as an accomplished academician specializing in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Research Methodology. She holds an exemplary record in academic excellence and accreditation. Throughout her career, she has actively contributed to various academic and administrative roles, gaining valuable insights and enhancing skills in areas such as research, teaching, and leadership. In her journey of academic excellence, she has written several research papers in the area of Women Entrepreneurship, Glass Ceiling, Organizational Culture, and Work Environment, and also authored a book besides having played an instrumental role in prestigious accreditations for erstwhile Institutes.
