Mr. Dhaliwal has served as the Lottery.com’s Interim Chief Financial Officer since July 2022 and has over 30 years financial experience. 

Prior to joining Lottery.com, he served as Finance Transformation Leader and Finance Global Process Owner at AIG. 

Previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Barclays Bank’s Serve Co. and Emulate Bio. 

Prior to joining. At Barclays Bank, he held financial positions of increasing responsibility at various business across GE Capital, where he served for over 15 years. Mr. Dhaliwal was also the Global Controller of GE Treasury and led multiple global transformation across GE, including rolling out of GE Global Operations
