  • Ms. Katie Stein is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and financial management. In her current position, Katie leads the execution of IGT Solutions’ growth agenda, focusing on becoming a trusted employer and partner of choice in key industries. She sets strategic roadmaps and collaborates with world-class teams to enhance operational and financial performance for customers. 
  • Prior to her role at IGT Solutions, Katie served in various leadership positions, including Chief Strategy Officer and Global Business Leader at Genpact, where she led the development and execution of corporate strategy, driving digital transformation for global firms. Her experience at Mercer, where she held multiple partner-level positions, further solidified her expertise in strategy implementation, financial management, and global operations. 
  • Katie’s career highlights include leading the development of turnaround plans, implementing cost-saving measures, and identifying growth opportunities across diverse markets. Her tenure at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) provided her with valuable experience in conducting competitive assessments, devising growth strategies, and prioritizing risks for clients. 
  • In addition to her professional achievements, Katie is dedicated to giving back to the community. As a member of the Board of Directors at K.E.D.S. Foundation, Inc., she actively contributes to philanthropic endeavors. 
  • With a MBA in Leadership, Strategy, and Business from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Katie brings a solid educational foundation to her role as CEO at IGT Solutions.
