Why and how did I switch my career from CA to Risk Management

I developed an interest in Risk Management while I was doing my CA Articleship. During that period, I had to handle a few internal audit projects that introduced me to the field of Risk Management. That’s exactly when I developed a keen interest in Risk Management and Internal Audit. I became so curious about Risk Management that I knew I decided to pursue a career in Risk Management in India.

I wanted to enhance my skills in the related field which is why I started looking for professional courses after graduation, more specifically some Risk Management courses that will add to my career. After my in-depth research, I preferred joining GRMI because the 1-year programme that GRMI offers, i.e, Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management (PGDRM) course, covers almost all the facets of Risk Management, from Supply Chain Management to Cyber Security. It also covers Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Internal Audit (IA), Corporate Governance, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), etc. this course is one of the best job oriented courses out there

I am so grateful that I chose to join GRMI. I think it helped me enhance my career and grow personally and professionally to a great level. Also, the demand for Risk Professionals had grown so significantly at the time, I got attracted towards this career even more. That’s how I started my journey in Risk Management.
