ABOUT MR. KHATRI
Mr. Jitendra Khatri is a rank holder Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) having 18 years of experience in Internal Audit, SOX, Data Analytics, SAP, and ERM across diversified industries and international geographies. He is heading the internal audit of Valvoline Inc’s international business (Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific – India, China and Australia). Prior to Valvoline, Jitendra worked in HCL technologies, DCM Shriram and JK Tyres.
ABOUT THE SESSION
Mr. Khatri, Associate Vice President, Valvoline, conducted a leadership session on “New-Age skills of Internal Auditors”. The session focused on the various new-age skills that risk managers must possess in order to become effective risk professionals and add value to the organization. The speaker also discussed the changing dynamics of internal audit and how data and technology can be leveraged to make smarter decisions, he also shared his valuable experiences with the students which proved to be quite insightful.
The session was made thoroughly interesting and interactive by using videos, anecdotes, and case studies which emphasized the need for critical skills of a risk professional.
